Das Chicago Sunda Restaurant ist ein absolutes Highlight in der kulinarischen Szene der Stadt. Das Ambiente ist modern und stilvoll, mit einer einladenden Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, Empfehlungen zu geben und den Gästen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten.

Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig und bietet eine große Auswahl an asiatischen Gerichten. Von Sushi über Dim Sum bis hin zu Curry-Gerichten ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend, frisch zubereitet und mit hochwertigen Zutaten.

Besonders beeindruckend sind die kreativen Geschmackskombinationen und die Präsentation der Gerichte. Jeder Bissen ist ein Genuss für die Sinne. Die Portionen sind großzügig bemessen, sodass man definitiv satt wird.

Die Preise sind angemessen für die Qualität und den Service, den man erhält. Es ist sicherlich kein günstiges Restaurant, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut gerechtfertigt.

Alles in allem kann ich das Chicago Sunda Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich verwöhnen lassen kann und eine kulinarische Reise durch die asiatische Küche erlebt. Punktzahl: 5/5.

This place had a mixture of a lot of Asian food. Inside the decor resembled an upscale Asian restaurant that featured sushi on the menu but wanted to cater to Americans.

We got the beef lollipops and a handful of sushi rolls, and ended with the “ridiculous” dessert.

It was an enjoyable meal, but nothing truly wow’ed me and for that reason I wouldn’t come back. I’d be curious to try some of the Asian non sushi dishes as the menu looked fairly expansive and had plenty to try.

I thought the beef lollipops were well presented, using green onions as the bones of the beef lollipop. My favorite roll among the 3 we ordered was the panda, though all of them were fairly forgettable to me in the world of sushi.

First time going and it was a bit of a disappointment. We ordered: Brussels, oxtail potstickers, spicy tuna sticky rice and 50/50 bao buns (eggplant and chicken).
The Brussels were a good flavor 8/10
Spicy tuna sticky rice was decent but I’ve had better 6/10
Both bao buns had no flavor at all 4/10
Oxtail potstickers were dry 4/10
We also ordered wine and two cocktails which were standard.
All in all the ambiance was nice, service was decent but the food was not worth the $175 bill. I’d rather try a new spot than visit there again

I went to Sunda last night with friends and family and had the best time! The ambiance was great, the food was insanely delicious, and the service was outstanding! We ordered so much food and it was all delicious. My favorite was “the great white” sushi, the uni, the adobo pork belly, and the ny strip lollipops. The wine we ordered too was very delicious and smooth, highly recommend—it was a cab called Napa Valley QUILT. Our server Nolan was awesome and provided a level of service out of this world—he made the experience so enjoyable and engaged with us a lot which we loved! We’re very grateful for the awesome experience we had. I highly recommend treating yourself to a great evening out to Sunda!

The food was amazing. Great for gluten and dairy free people. My only fault is they didn’t clear our dirty plates for clean ones when we had multiple courses and they couldn’t split a check three ways.

I was in Chicago recently for a weekend girls’ trip. I made a reservation at Sunda kind of last minute to celebrate my friend’s birthday our first night there. Best decision ever. The energy was amazing as soon as we came in. We were late but the hostess was very accommodating. We were seated quickly and had the privilege of having Ezra as our waiter. He made this an AMAZING experience for us. First of all, the food came out quickly. We tried at least 6 things on the menu and they were all delectable (our favorite was the lump crab noodles and the tempura shrimp). We actually levitated out of our bodies. The drinks are very good too. Now on to Ezra. I love going to nice restaurants and have never had such wonderful, kind, charming, effective service. He made my friend’s birthday an unforgettable night by going above and beyond for us. We just had to sing his praises, and were able to speak to his manager Elena. She was also very kind and affable, which is a pattern at this restaurant. I let her know that I was shocked they weren’t packed out every night, but hey, more for the rest of us! It’s an “aesthetic” restaurant that actually has great food, is reasonably priced, plays good music, and provides great service. What more could you ask for?
